It's finally here! We are so excited to announce the recipients of our Business Plan Grants! To jog your memory, we offer a 5 week workshop to help businesses complete or adjust their business plans to assist in development and growth here in Hancock County. Two grants are available, one for the expansion of an existing business and the other for a start-up business with each awardee receiving $10,000.

In the expansion category: Carter Hitz representing Hatz By Hitz.
Carter is a high school senior who started his business through the Hancock County CEO program as a junior and has been so successful in doing so that he is ready for expansion just a year later. We here at HCED are proud investors in the Hancock County CEO program, and as you can see it works! Congratulations Carter!

In the start-up category: Gina Clarke on behalf of River's Edge Wellness offering therapy and counseling services in Warsaw.
